LoveLust Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of the LoveLust app, by The LoveLust Company SL ("we"), NIF B88747696, Calle Huesa del Común 2, 2C, 50011 Zaragoza, Spain, registered in the Zaragoza Mercantile Registry, sheet Z-78156, entry 1.

By downloading or using LoveLust, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. Who can use it

LoveLust is for people aged 16 or over. By using it, you confirm that you are that age. If you're 16 or 17, some content meant for adults is hidden, and you should have a parent's or guardian's permission for any purchase.

2. The service

LoveLust is an app for recording your sexual activity and your health. What you record stays on your phone. A LoveLust account is optional: with it you can sign in on the website and on other phones and keep Plus and rewards when you change phones. The privacy policy explains what data we process.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use LoveLust for non-commercial purposes. We may withdraw it if you breach these terms.

3. Your account

If you create a LoveLust account:

• It's personal: one per person, for your own use. Use an email address that's yours and that you can access, since sign-in codes and security alerts go there.
• Keep your ways in (your passkeys, your email and any linked Apple or Google account) to yourself. If you think someone else has got in, end their session under Devices and write to us.
• You can delete it whenever you like from the account site or the app. It's paused for 30 days, in case you change your mind, and then erased. An account unused for two years, without active Plus, is deleted after we warn you.

4. Plus: subscriptions and payments

Plus is the optional subscription that unlocks extra features. It is sold and charged by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and managed by RevenueCat.

• Plans and prices: those shown by the store at purchase, with taxes included where indicated.
• Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. If the price goes up, we'll tell you in advance, as the stores require.
• Free trials: if a plan includes one, you'll be charged when it ends unless you cancel first. If you buy during a trial, the rest of the trial is lost.
• Cancellation: from the App Store or Google Play subscription settings, whenever you like. You keep Plus until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Withdrawal and refunds: as Apple or Google sell you Plus, the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU law grants and any refunds are requested from the store, under its conditions.
• Guarantee: Plus is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services. If it doesn't work as we describe it, write to us.

5. Free Plus: promo codes and rewards

You can also get Plus free for a while with a promo code or as a reward for answering a survey.

• Each code has its own conditions: how many days of Plus it gives, until when it can be redeemed, and how many times. Some can be used only once.
• You can redeem each code and each reward once per person and phone. If you already have free Plus, the days are added at the end.
• Codes are only valid if you got them from us or from someone we authorised. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and aren't refunded once redeemed.
• Saved on the website, free Plus waits on your account and starts in the app when you need it; you have a year to start it. Without an account, it is tied to the app installed on your phone: if you uninstall it or change phones, you may lose it, and "Restore purchases" won't bring it back. Write to us and we'll help.
• We may cancel a code, a reward or the Plus obtained with them if they were obtained by fraud or by abusing the system.
• If you have a paid subscription, free days don't pause or reduce what you pay.

6. Health notice

LoveLust is not a medical device, a contraceptive method, a fertility tool or a diagnostic service. It doesn't give medical advice and shouldn't be the basis for decisions about contraception, pregnancy, STIs or any other health matter. Always consult a healthcare professional. In an emergency, call 112.

7. Your content and conduct

You are responsible for what you record. It stays on your phone: we never receive it, and so we never see, review, use or share it.

You agree not to:

• use LoveLust for illegal purposes;
• decompile the app or try to obtain its source code, except where the law allows it;
• bypass or tamper with its security, encryption or payment features;
• resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the app or its promo codes without our authorisation.

8. Privacy

We process your data under the privacy policy. Accepting these terms is not consent to processing your intimate or health data: that consent is asked for separately.

9. Intellectual property

The LoveLust name, logo, design and software belong to The LoveLust Company SL and its licensors. Apart from the licence in section 2, we grant you no rights over them.

10. Liability

We are not liable for what is outside our control: the loss or theft of your phone, forgetting your backup passphrase (we can't recover it) or failures of third-party services such as Apple, Google or RevenueCat, which have their own terms. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, or your consumer rights.

11. Ending use

You can stop using LoveLust whenever you like: delete the app and, if you wish, your account, your backup and your subscription. We may suspend your access or your account if you seriously breach these terms or use the app illegally. Sections 6, 9 and 10 remain in force afterwards.

12. Changes

We may update these terms for legal, security or service reasons. We'll tell you in the app (and, if you have an account, by email) at least 30 days in advance, unless the law requires a change sooner. If you don't agree, you can stop using the app and cancel your subscription at no cost.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish and EU law, and disputes will be settled in the courts of Spain. If you are a consumer, you can also go to the courts of your own country and keep the protections of its law.

14. Other provisions

If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest remains in force. If we don't enforce something at a given time, we don't waive it. If the translations differ, the Spanish version prevails.
