Does LoveLust see what I record?

No. Your activity, partners, cycle, medication, tests and photos are stored encrypted on your phone and never reach our servers. We couldn't see them even if we wanted to.

Do you sell my data?

No. We don't sell data, we don't pass it to third parties, and we don't use advertising networks or third-party tracking tools.

Do I need an account?

No. You can use LoveLust without one. The account is optional: it keeps Plus and your rewards when you change phones and lets you sign in on the web. It only holds your email, how you sign in and where you're signed in, never what you record.

What about my Apple Health or Health Connect data?

If you turn the integration on, the app reads and writes it on your phone only. We never send it to our servers, never use it for advertising, and never sell it or pass it on.

What is analytics, and why do you ask for it?

It tells us which features are used and which to improve. It's only on if you agree, with a random session code and never your name, notes or what you record. You can change your mind anytime in Settings → Privacy. If you say no, we'll ask only once more, after at least six months.

Will you send me advertising?

Only if you agree, and at most a few notifications a month with Plus offers, news and events. You can turn them off anytime in Settings → Notifications. Security and account messages aren't advertising and always reach you.

Where are your servers?

In Germany, inside the European Union. Some providers, like the one that sends our emails, are in the United States and work under the safeguards EU law requires.

What happens if I lose my phone?

If you turned backup on, you can restore your data on a new phone. We recommend protecting it with a passphrase, so only you can open it. Without a backup, the data is lost with the phone, because we don't have it.

How do I delete my data?

• In the app: Settings → Storage deletes everything on your phone and asks us to delete your app's record.
• Your account: on the account site or in the app. It's paused for 30 days in case you change your mind, then erased.
• Your cloud backup: in the sync settings.

Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription: cancel it in the store.

Can I use LoveLust if I'm 16 or 17?

Yes. LoveLust is for people aged 16 and over. For 16- and 17-year-olds we never ask for intimate data analytics, send no offers, and hide content meant for adults.

Our data protection officer, at [email protected]. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
