Delete your account

Delete your LoveLust account

Last updated: 8 November 2026

You can delete your LoveLust account, and the data tied to it, whenever you want. You don't need the app installed to do it.

In the app

Go to Settings → Account → Profile → Delete account, and choose:

  • Delete now: the account and its data are erased at once.
  • Delete in 30 days: the account is paused for 30 days and then erased. Signing in again before then keeps it.

On the web

Sign in at account.lovelust.health, open Sign-in & security and, under Delete your account, choose Delete in 30 days. The account is paused, and the page that follows lets you erase it at once instead.

By email

If you can't sign in, write to [email protected] from the address on your account. We reply within one month.

What is deleted

Your email address, name, avatar and date of birth; how you sign in (passkeys and linked Apple or Google accounts); your sessions and security activity; your partner connections and invitations; and the Plus and rewards held on the account.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Encrypted server backups may still hold the account for up to 35 days, until they expire.
  • Analytics, if you agreed to it, are not linked to your account and expire after 12 months.

What isn't on our servers

What you record (your activity, partners, cycle, medication, tests and photos) never reaches our servers, so deleting the account doesn't touch it. It stays on your phone and in your own Google Drive or iCloud backup, if you made one. To erase it, delete the app's data in Settings → Storage or uninstall the app, and delete the backup from your Google Drive or iCloud.

Subscriptions

LoveLust Plus bought on our website stops renewing when the account is deleted. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription from the App Store or Google Play: billing continues there until you cancel it.
