About premenstrual syndrome

Premenstrual syndrome is a set of physical, emotional and behavioral symptoms that appear repeatedly before a period and clearly improve once bleeding starts or in the first days after. Common symptoms are physical (bloating, breast tenderness, headache, tiredness, muscle or joint aches) and emotional (irritability, anxiety, sadness, mood swings). If they interfere with daily life, logging them for at least 2 cycles helps assess the pattern and rule out other causes.
